So resources available to them currently probably do not match the ones made available to the telcos . From a technological point of view, they could not afford an upgrade in speeds, but the marketing department hit the panic button when early adopters started to migrate their internet connections to Elisa. It would be interesting to know what their overselling ratio right now :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8366158.post-1148205376300671902006-05-21T12:56:00.000+03:002006-05-21T12:56:00.000+03:00In Estonia all 3 major ISPs: ADSL providers Elion ...In Estonia all 3 major ISPs: ADSL providers Elion and Elisa and cable TV network Starman have increased their speeds.

While Starman first said they will not do it, they had to follow others, although they mostly doubled the speeds (my 17 LVL per month DigiTV+phone+net 2 Mbps became 4 Mbps) and the 15 Mbps speed is available only in the VIP 24 LVL package (which also has 2 phone lines and 70 DigiTV channels). For now I am enjoying the 4 Mbps and probably do not see the need to upgrade to 15 Mbps in the next few months.Jüri Kaljundihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07630892326981458670noreply@blogger.com
