Time will tell as it always does, but I guess the final lines in your post are what really is going on. <BR/>As referred to earlier; "scholarships" have been offered (by at least one so called “oligarch”) to politicians as a reward for helping to frustrate the privatization process. Obviously, given the fact what is happening with Lattelecom right now, some of the “students” might have been studying very eager and they obviously got rather high grades as well. The main strategy according to this scenario would be to get Lattelecom almost “down the drain” which would open up for scumbags to acquire it for a bargain. Nothing in the governments acting shows, at least so far, that the intention is to let Lattelecom be a strong company for the time being. <BR/>The fact that the (possible) new CEO has his background in alcohol with strong connections to a <B>Russian</B>-owned company hardly makes things look more hopeful :-)Blevelandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01030839717481269571noreply@blogger.com
