Hi Juris,

We exchanged emails a long time ago, when I was a telco sector analyst/events person focused on the CEE region. I've followed your blog ever since. I just picked up on this post re: Lattelecom/LMT gov't stakes on my own blog:

I hope you're well, Joe Willcox

Mr. Karlberg is personally responsible for TeliaSonera run corruption and bribery network in Lithuania.

Their criminal actions against local companies have not been investigated.

This military officer has excellent knowledge how to build "reliable" links with corrupted politicians, ministers and other local prostitutes.

TeliaSonera MUST STOP SPREADING CORRUPTION AND BRIBERY IN LITHUANIA!

No matter how long it lasts, no matter how much efforts it needs TeliaSonera will have to respond for it's criminal actions against our companies and fully compensate for all damages and losses!

Take your dirty business practices to your homeland!
