Lectures will be videocast live and stored for download or viewing later on demand. Viewers will be able to post written questions and comments to the lecturer during live videocasts, with commenting likely to be restricted to students and registered users (to prevent abuse).
Teaching at SSE Riga is in English, making the lectures accessible to a broad global audience.
SSE Riga has reportedly bought Apple servers and other equipment as a platform for the videocasts/podcasts and archive.

We at Toru video site developed http://tlu.toru.ee/?LangID=2 for video lectures from Tallinn University (Estonia) last year. Some really interesting world level stuff there.

Another Baltic business school - Tallinn University of Technology School of Economics and Business Administration has been videocasting our lectures since 2006.

Both the Stocholm school and the 2 Estonian sites should get themselves listed on http://www.academicearth.org/
a great source of online education, whose mission statement is:
"Academic Earth is an organization founded with the goal of giving everyone on earth access to a world class education.",
but which so far only lists some of the top schools in the US (Berkeley , Harvard , MIT , Princeton , Stanford , UCLA, Yale) and is sorely lacking in non-US sites.
