Another Vlogging Experiment

This is an experiment using blip.tv. The sound is a bit off because of the disk noise from my iMac G5

I don't see a picture, only hear sound. I tried to play it with Firefox 1.5.0.5 under GNU/Linux.

Problem is not Firefox or GNU/Linux, it's the Flash-Player from Macromedia, which is for GNU/Linux only available as version 7 and not as version 8, which is required for this video. Is a real shitty thing as flash8-videos are more and more common on the net and Macromedia has no plans to publish version 8 for GNU/Linux...

and to Juris: please thing about this when vblogging, there are many pinguins around the world....

  3. Thanks, Kristap. The point of the experiment is to see what works and what doesn't. It looks like YouTube works for almost everyone, as no one has complained about no picture so far.
Do have a look at blip.tv, it is called the best and simplest vlogging site in some publications.

  5. Thanks Boo. You have also mentioned something that I desire but can't afford :(. I may settle for a "plain" MacBook and am talking myself out of an irrational need to get the black one :).
